The Camden Realty Company was incorporated in Camden, New Jersey in 1910. The company’s offices were located on Federal Street.

One of the company’s Presidents was William C. Davis (who has signed this piece), one of Camden’s most respected home grown businessmen. Davis was most known for his efforts in the baking industry, forming the William C. Davis Home Baking Company, which later sold out to the Freihofer Baking Company. He died in February of 1924, approximately one month after this piece was issued.
